Mud School And Laboratory Equipment Hands On Training

This class can be held on a clients premises upon request. Size ranges from 5 to 30 students. Basic Drilling fluid and Cementing class bridges theory and practice. Students will get a better understanding of a drilling process and its challenges, drilling fluids functions and applications. The class teaches the fundamentals of mud blending and oil well cement preparation, followed by hands on experience and tests with laboratory instruments. The course can be tailored to meet specific requirements.

Training Simulators

The Drilling Simulator can give a feel of a real-time drilling, tripping in and out, vertical as well as directional drilling, well control and automated pipe handling systems. It allows trainees to be exposed to a broad range of scenarios from routine operations to well control challenges and emergencies.

The drilling simulator can be configured to provide deep simulations of a variety of different rig and equipment types, including land rigs, offshore jack-up rigs, offshore semi-submersible rigs, drill barges and platform/tender rigs. Full mission installations are provided with a range of simulated consoles, equipment and manifolds closely resembling those found on the modern drill floor. Simulator can also be configured to interface with cyber-chair control systems.

Additionally there are ROV, Crane, Mining, Marine, Naval and custom simulators according to the customer’s need.
