If you have a short term project, you can opt to rent or buy refurbished testing equipment, including Fann 35 viscometers. Please contact us to check the stock availability and terms.

Technical Support, Calibration and Repair Services

Our authorised service center in Singapore has experienced personnel to troubleshoot, calibrate and repair drilling fluid testing equipment.  We provide on-site and off-site service options: you can send the equipment to us or our engineer will make a trip to your premises.

Laboratory Planning 

If you plan to set up a new Drilling fluids, Cement testing or Core analysis lab, we can assist in the selection of the equipment in accordance with the applicable industry specifications and requirements. We help oil field chemicals suppliers (barite, bentonite, polymers) to establish testing facilities required by American Petroleum Institute and pass the required API certification.

Installation and Commissioning

Once you have purchased the equipment, our personnel will assist you in the initial setting up, testing and commissioning of your Drilling Fluids, Cement testing or Core analysis equipment. We extend our advisory support for the whole lifetime of the equipment; just let us know when you have any questions.

Training

Upon request we can train your team on the safe usage, maintenance, operation and calibration of the equipment. Together with leading regional universities, we organise Basic and Advanced Mud Schools for students and lab technicians.

Preventive Maintenance

Our active preventive maintenance program promotes longer, trouble-free customer experience. It helps our clients to extend equipment life-cycle, maximise performance and save the capital cost in the long run.
